Welcome to Unora (the "App"), provided by Beyond Logic AB ("Beyond Logic," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Stockholm, Sweden. Unora is a communication aggregator that connects multiple messaging platforms into one interface. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use Unora.
1.1. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction if lower, to use the App. 1.2. By using the App, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction.
2.1. Communication Aggregator: Unora lets you access multiple third-party messaging platforms ("Messaging Services") in one interface. The App does not host your message content; it functions as a client you control. 2.2. Data Handling: Unora does not operate a server that stores your message content — see our Privacy Policy for the complete, current description of what information the App does collect (including account, analytics, advertising, and optional AI-feature data) and how it is used. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 2.3. Third-Party Services Required: Use of Unora requires active accounts with the Messaging Services you wish to connect. You are responsible for complying with each platform's own terms. Unora is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms. 2.4. No Guarantee of Compatibility: Messaging Services may change, restrict, or discontinue their APIs at any time without notice to us. We do not guarantee that the App will remain compatible with, or continue to support, any particular Messaging Service, device, or OS version.
3.1. Account Setup: You create an Unora account using Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In, and separately connect your Messaging Service accounts using each platform's own authentication flow. Messaging Service credentials and session tokens are stored locally on your device. 3.2. Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device, your Unora account, and your connected Messaging Service accounts. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure any of these. 3.3. Third-Party Terms: Your use of any connected Messaging Service is governed by that service's own terms of service and privacy policy, which you are responsible for reviewing and complying with.
4.1. Billing: Depending on your region and when you downloaded the App, Unora may be offered as a paid download, and/or offer auto-renewing subscriptions ("Unora Pro") that unlock additional features and remove advertising. All charges are billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system to your Apple ID. 4.2. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions: Where offered, subscriptions automatically renew for the same length and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Account Settings. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. 4.3. Price Changes: We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any change will apply from your next renewal, and, where required by Apple's guidelines or applicable law, you will be notified in advance. 4.4. Refunds: All refunds, billing disputes, and cancellations are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions and the App Store's refund policies. Beyond Logic does not process payments directly, cannot issue refunds, and has no ability to influence Apple's refund decisions. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com. 4.5. Advertising: Unless you hold an active Unora Pro subscription or an eligible entitlement, the App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob and its mediation partners, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5.1. Lawful Use: You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. 5.2. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

As-Is Basis: THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. 6.2. No Guarantee of Functionality: We do not guarantee that the App, or any feature of it, will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with any particular Messaging Service, device, or OS version. We are under no obligation to provide technical support, bug fixes, updates, or ongoing maintenance, and may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the App or any feature, at any time, without notice or liability, in our sole discretion. You have no right to demand that any particular feature be provided, fixed, or kept available. 6.3. Third-Party Platforms: We are not responsible for the availability, content, security, policies, or conduct of any Messaging Service or other third-party service you connect to or access through the App.
7.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BEYOND LOGIC AB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, MESSAGES, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP — INCLUDING DAMAGE CAUSED BY BUGS, DOWNTIME, LOSS OF FUNCTIONALITY, INCOMPATIBILITY WITH A MESSAGING SERVICE, OR ANY THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM'S ACTIONS (INCLUDING SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT ON THAT PLATFORM). 7.2. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP OR THESE TERMS IS EXCLUDED. 7.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including under mandatory Swedish or EU consumer-protection law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or gross negligence). Where such mandatory law applies, our liability is limited to the minimum extent that law allows.
8.1. By You: You may stop using the App and disconnect your accounts at any time by uninstalling the App or removing your connected accounts in Settings. 8.2. By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or engage in prohibited conduct, with or without notice. 8.3. Third-Party Platform Actions: We do not control, and are not responsible for, any suspension, ban, or restriction a Messaging Service imposes on your account with that platform. We cannot intervene in, or provide recourse for, such actions. 8.4 User Conduct: You are expected to use Unora in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that does not violate the rights of others or the policies of any third-party platforms.
8.5. Banning or Suspension: Unora does not control the policies or actions of third-party platforms that you connect to. If a third-party service bans or restricts your account, Unora is not responsible or liable for any resulting issues.
8.6. No Accountability for Bans: Unora is not accountable for any bans, suspensions, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms. If you are banned from accessing or using any third-party platform connected to Unora, we cannot intervene or provide recourse for such actions.
8.7. User Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App and any connected third-party services complies with their respective terms of service. Unora will not be held responsible for any suspension, loss of service, or other consequences resulting from violations of these third-party terms.
9.1. App Updates: We may update the App at any time to change functionality, fix issues, or add or remove features. 9.2. Changes to These Terms: We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Effective Date" and posted on our website or provided in the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. 10.2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden, except that if you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you retain any right available to you under mandatory EU/EEA consumer-protection law to bring or defend proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence instead, and applicable mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence continue to apply alongside these Terms.
11.1. Unora is made available worldwide. By using the App, you agree to comply with all applicable local laws. 11.2. We do not guarantee that the App, or any Messaging Service accessible through it, complies with the laws of every jurisdiction in which it is used.
12.1. Acknowledgement: These Terms are an agreement between you and Beyond Logic AB only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. 12.2. No Maintenance Obligation: Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App. 12.3. Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple has the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary. 12.4. Warranty Claims: In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App, if any, to you; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App. 12.5. Product Claims: Beyond Logic AB, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
